Life Skills

Course Description

The Life Skills course is designed to help eighth-grade students develop practical skills and strategies that will assist them in their academic and personal lives. The course is centered on three key themes: self-awareness, communication, and goal setting.

Through a series of interactive and engaging activities, students will learn how to identify and manage their emotions, set achievable goals, communicate effectively with peers and adults, and make responsible decisions. Students will also learn how to handle conflict, manage their time effectively, and develop good study and personal habits.

Throughout the course, students will be encouraged to reflect on their own personal experiences and develop a greater understanding of themselves and their strengths. They will learn to recognize the importance of diversity and respect for others, and to develop the skills necessary to navigate different social situations.
